Abdulbadi Engga Radzak has bagged American Outstanding Services Award

My name is Mr. Abdulbadi Engga Radzak, 50 years old, married, blessed with two children and true blooded royal lineage Filipino-Muslim. A down-to-earth fellow, artist, book writer, community developer and cultural promoter. My permanent job in the Philippine Government is an Administrative Assistant II since 2002 but fortunately, served the government since 1997 at the Local Government of Cotabato City in Mindanao.  In my present government job, I was luckily chosen as thrice awarded one of the Most Outstanding Government Workers in 2004, 2012 and 2021.

As to my youth years, I am elected Barangay Councilor under Sangguniang Kabataan Official (a group of young leader among leaders in the Philippines) in 1992 up to 1994.  Chosen sole Most Outstanding NYC Coordinator in 1999 given by the National Youth Commission (a government agency catering the needs of the Filipino youth), sole Gawad Pagkilala Awardee (Most Outstanding Youth Leader of the Philippines) in 2000 also given by the NYC and chosen as one of the Philippine Young Ambassadors of Goodwill to the 8 ASEAN Countries and Japan sponsored by the Japan Government in 2001 up to present.  Finally, due to my consistent 2-year outstanding awards including my youth ambassadorial mission, the National Youth Commission (NYC) Head Office in Quezon City, Philippines appointed me to create its NYC-Area Sub-Office and Local Youth Action Center in Cotabato City and held as its Local Area Sub-Officer for the period March 15, 2000 to June 21, 2001.

My educational background led me to bag such awards being full-pledge graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1997 at the Notre Dame University in Cotabato City, Philippines followed by Master of Public Administration in 2000 at the Cotabato City University.

I have earned 4,174 hours of training and seminars that would helped uplift the lives of many Filipinos today and beyond.  Until I created our beloved Tri-Peoplelogy, Inc. in 2014 to serve more Filipinos needs my voluntary and charitable services and held as its Founding Chairperson and Global CEO.  Until the American Awards 2022 ignited me to join the search through the very supportive Senior Admin, Ms. Sofia and luckily nominated as American Outstanding Services Award on July 6, 2022.

For my Tri-Peoplelogy, Inc., we, Tri-People Sector of Filipinos affirmed that we are composed of groups of Muslims, Christians and Lumadnon or Indigenous Peoples.  We officially organized on December 13, 2014 as Tri-Peoplelogy, Inc. at Barangay Macabud, Rodriguez Municipality, Rizal Province, Philippines.  In 2016, we declared as Philippine Ambassadors of Goodwill for Tri-People Sector. We are successfully registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippines on December 28, 2019 being Non-Profit Association.  Also, registered at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippines in the same year.  We likewise acquired bank account at the Banco De Oro Puregold Branch, Rodriguez Municipality in 2020.  We are composed of 2.5M memberships including our Corporate Officers entire Philippines. 

The Team Leaders of our four (4) distinguished Teams are working hard to sustain the needs of our entire members through our Tri-People Cares, Tri-People Loan Assistance, Tri-People Lifetime Benefits and Tri-People Council Projects, namely –

Firstly, Tri-People Foundation+, Inc. or Team Foundation+ headed by General Manager, Mr. Francisco B. Militante III.  We served twenty (20) thousand people belonging to in-need Filipinos as of this time through our lined-up projects such as, relief-operations, medical and dental mission, hospitalization benefits, financial assistance, scholarship grant, training and seminars and lots more (please refer to attached Teams Briefer for more details).

Secondly, Tri-People Graduate Members, Community-Based Organization or Team Graduate Members headed by Local President, Ms. Quinnie Vanessa T. Emao.  This Team is banking our 2.5M membership including our Corporate Officers through our fourteen (14) standing Council of Conveners (COC) headed by Deputy Founders. Aside from these, we are already converged twenty-two (22) inactive non-registered and registered organizations and associations for the benefits of there memberships.  We have already assisted one thousand five hundred (1,500) individual since its establishment in 2017 through our yearly Birthday Cash Gift and various loan assistance programs.  (please refer to our attached Team Briefer for more details).

Thirdly, Tri-People Conglomerates as our investment paradise headed by National Administrator, Ms. Cecilia O. Estanislao-Aragones.  The concept of this Team is to need by every member to invest in our five (5) distinguished and SEC registered business companies who have engaged in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and accredited with the Tri-Peoplelogy, Inc.  The main purposes of investment funds is to have an account packages to such business companies to have their businesses and learn to ran businesses at their own initiative and it reflects to their Quarterly Retirement Benefits (QRB) upon reaching seventy (70) years of age.  So far, we have ignited to share their investment funds totaled to seventy five (75) investors as of establishment of this Team in 2018 and earned their Lifetime Grocery Benefits (LGB), ramadan bonus, Christmas bonus, business seminar and orientations and various loans under this Team (please refer to attached Teams Briefer for more details).

Fourthly, Tri-People Alumni Pensioners Organization or Team Alumni Pensioner headed by National President, Ms. Salam M. Romapa-Diamla.  This Team is the latest established in 2020 during pandemic period.  Since its establishment, there are seven (7) individual who reached seventy (70) years old benefited their Quarterly Retirement and Pension Benefits (QRPB).  They are also enjoying our lined-up benefits under this Team (please refer to attached Teams Briefer for more details).

In this connection, on behalf of my colleagues or members in our beloved Tri-Peoplelogy, Inc. I am so much overwhelmed with our award in the American Awards 2022 because what I have in mind at first is only a joke.  But as we go along exchange messages through WhatsApp with Senior Admin, Sofia I was proven that it is true and great, excellent undertaking to help boosting my/our non-profit association toward global networking and connections.  It is one way or the other to showcase of what the Filipinos culture can offer to the rest of the world.  It is honor and pleasure to all of us Tri-People Sector to have this award and its big different to my previous and years backed awards.

Lastly, our accomplishment over the year since 2014 when we are formally organized will be now globally-known.  And it is significantly, perhaps to United Research Council as an affiliated to the American Awards 2022 since that Filipinos are long decade under the rule of the United States of America.
